Thank you TONS for all of your help so far in this process, and for your enthusiasm and willingness to help in the future. I have to say that personally this has really been a great learning experience working with such knowledgeable people and that is invaluable!
Most of you were able to make the meeting last night with Armando (UCLA Technical Assistance) and Francesca (HHSC). I’ve tried to compile my scattered notes so we could figure out a game plan together. They are attached. Please correct anything that I’ve misunderstood, and please offer any and all suggestions to the entire group. In addition to suggestions, please let me know the best method of communication for the group – virtual meetings, conference calls, face-to-face, whatever is best. I know how busy everyone is, but continuous communication is key to ensure we all remain on the same page.
